Tasting Notes
Transparent coral-pink, with aromas of strawberry, watermelon, and nectarine. These fruits follow through on the palate, with a pleasing, fruity roundness in the front, followed by emerging tartness through the finish. An easy drinking patio sipper for when the sun is out!
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted and destemmed into 1.5-ton fermenter. After six days, the fruit was pressed. The juice was transferred to a settling tank, and allowed to rest overnight. Then, the juice was racked to a tank for primary fermentation, and aged on the fine lees for five months prior to bottling.
