Trudy & Keith Kramer, Owners
After over a decade of garagiste winemaking, the Kramers fell in love with Pinot Noir and searched for a property to fulfill their dream of having a vineyard in the Willamette Valley. They saw great potential in a 60-acre parcel of undeveloped land in Yamhill County and purchased it in 1983. They established the vineyard the following year. The vineyard has grown to 22 acres, with a production averaging 3000 cases annually.
Kim Kramer, Winemaker
The Kramers' eldest daughter, her affinity for sparkling wines brought her into the family business in 2008. Now head winemaker, she plans and implements all aspects of winemaking from harvest through bottling, and has been the driving force behind the sparkling wine program.
Becky Kramer, General Manager
The youngest daughter, Becky joined the family business in 2017. Her entrepreneurial streak runs strong, graduating PSU with a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management in 2011. She then owned the popular wine bar Urban Decanter in nearby Forest Grove for 5 years before deciding to bring her business expertise to the vineyard.
Karri Robison, Tasting Room Manager
Oregon has a beauty and lifestyle that I've always appreciated. As I learned about this area's wine country, I knew that I wanted to include this facet into my Oregon story as well. I met Trudy Kramer in 1996 on my first wine tour of this area. It was an enjoyable and memorable visit and since then, I've learned much about wine and the wine industry from the Kramer family. My favorite wines generally come from the Cardiac block of Pinot Noir and I'm currently enjoying the 2015 Dijon 115 Pinot Noir.
