2015 Pinot Noir Estate
This ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir begins with perfumed aromas of red cherry, loganberry and citrus rind. There is a wonderful citrus finish to this wine that shows a lively array of red fruit flavors. This is elegant and downright delicious. Drink 2018-2025. 90 points.

Tasting Notes
Very aromatic, with allspice, cherry, raspberry, Marionberry, and a slightly earthy note. On the palate, this wine is dry and light medium-bodied with good acidity and structure. Very expressive, with flavors including cranberries, cherries, candied raspberries, cloves, beeswax and black tea, and a very long finish.
Vineyard Notes
Sourced from own-rooted and grafted vines planted between 1985-88 and consists of the three heritage clones of Pinot Noir: Wädenswil, Pommard, and Gamay Beaujolais.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and destemmed. Then, the fruit underwent a five-day cold soak. After fermentation began, the must was pumped over and punched down twice daily until dry. After fermentation was complete, the must was pressed, combining press fractions. The wine settled overnight then was racked to 25% new French oak barrels and aged for ten months.
