FLEXIBILITY & GUARANTEE
- If you wish to customize your club allocation, please contact us prior to the release weekend to make substitutions or to add on to your shipment.
- We stand behind our wines 100%. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, our policy is to replace or refund, no questions asked.
ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE INN AT OTTER CREST:
- Enter our quarterly drawing for a two-night stay at the Inn at Otter Crest each time you visit our tasting room.
- Receive a complimentary bottle of wine when you book a Kramer Vineyards room at the Inn at Otter Crest[2].
