Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Aromas of melon, apricot, cucumber, honey and white flowers. On the palate, there's a nice tang with lemon and lime citrus, elderberry, a hint of stony minerality in the midpalate, and a long finish.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and whole cluster pressed. The juice settled overnight, and was racked to stainless for cool fermentation. When fermentation was complete, the wine was racked off the heavy lees and aged until bottling the following spring.

Serve chilled as an aperitif, or with mild cheeses, light white fish or shellfish dishes, or curries.
